大型直流电机在冶金企业中使用及为普遍。换向器的偏摆和凸片是造成该类电机运转中换向器表面产生电火的重花要原因之一。而目前有些厂使用的靠表法得不到准确的偏摆、凸片数据。 为此,本文提出了包括非接触电涡流传感器和TP—801微处理机在内的检测系统。该系统动态响应好、测量准确,并能满意地处理和记录测试数据。 检测系统由模拟检测和数据处理两部分组成。 本文介绍了该系统以及硬件和软件的原理,并对A/D转换速度加以简要讨论。
Large DC motors are used in metallurgical enterprises and are common. The deflection of the commutator and the lugs are one of the reasons for the heavy fire in the commutator surface during the operation of such motors. At present, some factories rely on the table can not get the exact deflection, the tab data. To this end, this paper presents a non-contact eddy current sensor and TP-801 microprocessor, including the detection system. The system has good dynamic response, accurate measurement and can process and record the test data satisfactorily. Detection system consists of simulation testing and data processing of two parts. This article describes the system and the hardware and software principles, and A / D conversion speed is briefly discussed.
