为保护水资源,防治水害,市人民政府决定对新市涌实行全面整治。根据《中华人民共和国水法》、《中华人民共和国河道管理条例》和有关规定,特通告如下: 一、新市涌管理范围为现状河床(包括滩地、水面)及两岸各二十米范周内。其中从机场排水渠西侧肖岗入口至市建材厂增步河出口为整治范围。二、成立新市涌整治领导小组,负责协调、解决整治新市涌有关问题。整治领导小组下设办公室(以下简称整治办公室),负责实施整治新市涌的具体工作。有关部门和沿河涌两岸单位、个人应积极配合做好河涌的整治工作。
