以钛酸正丁酯为钛源,叔丁醇为溶剂,盐酸和冰醋酸为抑制剂,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为分散剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米二氧化钛(TiO_2)。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见吸收(UV-Vis)光谱、扫描电镜(SEM)等对其结构进行了表征。以500W汞灯为光源,甲基橙溶液为目标降解物,考察了样品的光催化降解活性。结果表明,通过该方法合成的纳米TiO_2为锐钛矿型结构,结构清晰、分散性好、粒径分布均匀,对甲基橙溶液具有良好的光催化性能。
Using n-butyl titanate as titanium source, t-butyl alcohol as solvent, hydrochloric acid and glacial acetic acid as inhibitor and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as dispersant, the sol-gel method was used to prepare nano Titanium Dioxide (TiO 2). Its structure was characterized by FT-IR, XRD, UV-Vis and SEM. With 500W mercury lamp as light source and methyl orange solution as target degradation product, the photocatalytic degradation activity of the sample was investigated. The results show that the nano-TiO 2 synthesized by this method is of anatase structure with clear structure, good dispersion and uniform particle size distribution, and has good photocatalytic activity for methyl orange solution.
