党的群众路线是在艰苦卓绝的革命斗争中得出的历史经验,是“人民群众是历史的创造者”的理论验证。党的十八大以来,全党围绕保持党的先进性和纯洁性,深入开展群众路线教育实践活动,就是在践行这一宝贵的历史经验。新时期着力加强高校体制机制建设,全面推进高等教育事业发展,必然要求高校领导班子加强执政能力建设,切实解决发展中遇到的新情况和新问题。因此,对于高校践行党的群众路线长效机制的系统路径研究,具有重要的现实意
