本文在直筋式和八角环式金属切削测力仪的基础上,对应变式测力仪的变形筋的截面形状进行了较大地改进.研制了变截面筋式结构,在提高各项性能指标的同时,大大地改善了测力仪的加工工艺性.这种结构较好地解决了测力仪刚度和灵敏度的矛盾,扩大了测力仪的使用范围,可以同时满足静态和动态测量的要求,本文还介绍了测力仪的设计计算方法,以及应变片的饰桥方式.对所研制的三台测力仪(车削、钻削、铣削)测试结果表明,其各项性能指标均达到较先进的水平.完全可以满足科研和教学实验的要求.
