在深圳经济特区建立30周年之际,国务院批复将特区范围扩大到深圳全市。对深圳而言,扩大特区范围是改革开放和科学发展新征程的历史起点,是统筹全市实现一体化发展的重要机遇,应努力以特区扩容作为重要抓手,加紧推动原特区外区域城市功能的完善和提升,以促进城市的均衡化发展。
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, the State Council approved to extend the scope of the SAR to the city of Shenzhen. For Shenzhen, expanding the scope of the SAR is a historical starting point for reform and opening up and a new course for scientific development. It is an important opportunity for coordinating the city’s efforts to achieve integrated development. Efforts should be made to expand the capacity of the SAR as an important starting point and step up the promotion of the functions of regional cities outside the original SAR Improve and upgrade, in order to promote the balanced development of the city.
