在MoSi2电阻炉上,进行钢液吹H2脱氧的实验研究.结果表明,常压下条件下,H2具有较强的脱氧能力.吹H2脱氧过程中,随着钢中的氧反应的减少,氢的脱氧速度和利用率逐渐降低.本实验中钢中碳含量仅为0.016%,但往钢液中吹入H2仍会促使[C]-[O]反应脱氧.H2与氧的反应是脱氧的主要反应.同时,吹氢脱氧过程还能显著降低钢中的氮含量.
