在毛主席革命路线指引下,我县农业科学试验站(即运村农场),以批林整风为纲,深入开展“农业学大寨”运动,认真贯彻执行“以粮为纲,全面发展”的方针,在抓好粮食生产的同时,积极发展以养猪为主的多种经营,不断向农业生产的深度和广度进军,连年获得了农副业生产的全面丰收。1972年水稻亩产1083斤;三麦亩产380斤;生猪饲养量474头,平均每亩耕地2.4头;养鸡8000多只。1973年夏熟又获丰收,多种经营又有发展。
