The idea of running a school is a rational understanding of the principal’s education phenomenon and its laws. It is a concentrated expression of the principal’s world view, education concept, knowledge level, self-cultivation and personality. Undoubtedly, the principal’s idea of running a school influences the practice of running a school, and determines the level of running a school.
