为了解孕期、分娩期及产后因素与脑性瘫痪(CP)的关系,作者对40例CP 患者的MR 检查结果进行了回顾性研究。40例患者年龄1~41岁,所有患者均用T_1和T_2加权相应矢状面和轴面扫描,重点观察脑各部结构有无发育异常或继发性改变,有无脑实质囊腔、脑积水及脑室形态异常等。如果皮层异常增厚,相邻白质缩小,缺乏分支,异常脑实质下方的脑室轻度扩大,则诊断为多小脑回畸形(polymicrogyria)。如果脑灰质裂一直伸延到侧脑室,则诊断为脑裂畸形。(schizencephaly)。40例中11例(27%)为早产儿(孕36周以前出生),29例(73%)为足月产儿。预产期的定义为产前产后各两周。围产期窒息包括胎儿宫内窘迫和新生儿呼吸窘迫。脑室周围自质软化(PVL)指单独存在的脑室周围白质损害而不伴有皮层、皮
