目的对一起由农村“流动宴席”引起的食物中毒进行流行病学调查,并进行病原学检测分析,以预防此类食物中毒的发生。方法根据食物中毒诊断处理原则,对患者进行流行病学调查,对可疑食物和呕吐物进行病原学分离培养实验。结果本次食物中毒患者临床表现以上腹部疼痛水样便为主,中毒食物为凉拌耳丝,病原学检查为普通变形杆菌,其菌落近似数大于1.0×106cfu/g。结论本次食物中毒系食用被普通变形杆菌污染的食物引起的,提示应加强对农村“流动宴席”的食品卫生管理工作。
Objective To carry out epidemiological investigation of food poisoning caused by rural “floating banquet” and carry out etiological testing and analysis to prevent the occurrence of such food poisoning. Methods According to the principle of diagnosis and treatment of food poisoning, epidemiological investigation was conducted on the patients, and pathogenic isolation and culture experiments on suspicious food and vomit were conducted. Results The clinical manifestations of food poisoning in patients with abdominal pain above the water-based will be the main food poisoning cold ears, pathogenic examination for Proteus, the approximate number of colonies greater than 1.0 × 106cfu / g. Conclusion The food poisoning caused by food contaminated by Proteus vulgaris, suggesting that the rural areas should be strengthened “mobile banquet” food hygiene management.
