应用丹参水溶性活性成分——丹酚酸B-镁盐抗大鼠D-半乳糖胺肝损伤,可显著降低血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性,减轻肝细胞坏死。提高肝非实质细胞花生四烯酸代谢产物6-酮基-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-keto-PGF_(1α))、前列腺素D_2(PGD_2)及前列腺素总的生成量。表明丹酚酸B-镁盐可能是丹参抗肝损伤的主要成分,其提高肝非实质细胞前列腺素(PGs)总的生成量可能是其抗肝损伤的机制之一。
Application of salvianolic acid B-magnesium salt, a water-soluble active ingredient of salvia miltiorrhiza, can significantly reduce serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in rat liver damage induced by D-galactosamine. Activity, reduce liver cell necrosis. The production of arachidonic acid metabolite 6-keto-PGF_(1α), prostaglandin D_2 (PGD_2) and prostaglandin were increased in non-parenchymal liver cells. It is suggested that salvianolic acid B-magnesium salt may be the main component of salvia miltiorrhiza anti-hepatic injury, and that increasing the total production of prostaglandins (PGs) in hepatic non-parenchymal cells may be one of the mechanisms of its anti-hepatic damage.
