我国属于多民族国家,自古以来的国家法制建设中就有跟少数民族习惯法融合管理的传统,少数民族习惯法属于内容丰富、影响深远的习惯法,因此逐渐成为了我国国家法律的重要补充内容,形成了少数民族有效的控制管理模式。本文分析了少数民族习惯法的产生和存在的原因,重点探讨了少数民族习惯法的存在对我国法制建设产生的积极影响。
My country belongs to a multi-ethnic country. Since the ancient times, there has been a tradition of integration and management with the customary law of the ethnic minorities. The customary law of ethnic minorities is a rich and far-reaching customary law and has therefore become an important complement to our country’s law , Forming an effective control and management mode for ethnic minorities. This article analyzes the emergence and existence of the customary law of ethnic minorities, and focuses on the positive impact of the existence of ethnic customary law on the legal system construction in our country.
