我矿是采用两只250升采金船开采砂矿生产黄金的.十年来的生产实践证明:采金船开采是目前砂矿生产中较好的方法之一,它具有投资少、见效快、机械化水平高、生产能力大、劳动效率高、造矿工艺流程比较完善、成本低等特点.选矿设备主要是溜槽、跳汰机和摇床等.由于我矿原矿含金粒度粗,大于0.1毫米的颗粒金占含金总量的99.7%以上,且金与脉石矿物成单体分离(连生体很少见),比重差大、含泥量小、属于易选矿物.因此,生产中选矿溜槽成为产金的主要设备,多次查定和在生产实践中证明;大约有85%以上的黄金都要通过溜槽重选而获得.
