目的:研究性别对结肠镜诊疗病人的检查前后焦虑水平和操作过程疼痛程度的影响。方法:选择男女两组(n=30)结肠镜检查病人,用心率、脉压差两个客观指标和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)以及状态焦虑问卷(SAI)评估疼痛程度和焦虑水平。结果:结肠镜检查过程中,女性的疼痛程度明显高于男性,在检查前后女性焦虑水平明显高于男性(P<0.05)。结论:医护人员应重视不同性别的精神症状与躯体症状,个性化地缓解、控制结肠镜检查病人的疼痛及焦虑。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of gender on the level of anxiety before and after examination and the degree of pain during operation in patients undergoing colonoscopy. Methods: Patients in both men and women (n = 30) were enrolled in this study. The pain and anxiety levels were assessed by two objective indexes, visual analog scale (VAS) and state anxiety questionnaire (SAI) using heart rate and pulse pressure. Results: During the colonoscopy, the degree of pain in women was significantly higher than that in men. The levels of anxiety in women before and after the examinations were significantly higher than those in men (P <0.05). Conclusion: Medical staff should pay attention to mental and physical symptoms of different genders, relieve pain and anxiety in patients with colonoscopy individually.
