目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子与转化生长因子-α在肺癌患者化疗前后水平测定的临床意义。方法:分别应用Elisa法与放射免疫分析法来测定化疗前后肺癌患者的血清血管内皮生长因子水平和转化生长因子-α,同时与健康人进行比较。结果:血清血管内皮生长因子与转化生长因子-α水平在肺癌患者化疗前后及健康人之间的表达具有显著性差异,与恶性肿瘤的发生发展有密切关系。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor and transforming growth factor-α in patients with lung cancer before and after chemotherapy. Methods: The levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor and transforming growth factor-α in patients with lung cancer before and after chemotherapy were determined by Elisa method and radioimmunoassay respectively, and compared with healthy people. Results: The expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor and transforming growth factor-α in patients with lung cancer before and after chemotherapy and healthy people has significant difference, which is closely related to the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.
