在企业经济困难,职工教育经费十分紧张,以及日益突出的工学矛盾的情况下,用公费送更多的职工去进行脱产和半脱产的学历教育,在客观上已不太可能了。但是,企业的管理、生产及技术开发又需要一支文化层次高、数量多、质量好的职工队伍。通过近几年的实践,我们逐步探索到一条企业培养人才的成功途径,这就是自学成才之路。
Objectively speaking, it is impossible for enterprises to send more workers to go on full or part-time academic education under the circumstances of the economic difficulties of the enterprises, the very tight funding of staff education, and the increasingly prominent contradiction between work and study. However, the management, production and technical development of an enterprise need a contingent of workers with high cultural level, large quantity and good quality. Through the practice in recent years, we have gradually explored a successful way for an enterprise to train qualified personnel. This is the road to self-taught.
