党的十七、十八大确定了构建社会主义和谐社会的目标和主要任务,更使和谐的理念深入人心。工会是党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,是广大职工合法权益的代表者和维护者。因此,做好工会工作,发挥其在构建和谐企业中的重要作用不言而喻。
The 17th and 18th CPC National Congress have set the goal and major task of building a harmonious socialist society and made the concept of harmony deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Trade unions are the bridges and ties between the party and the workers and the masses and represent and protect the majority of workers and staff members’ legitimate rights and interests. Therefore, doing a good job of trade unions and giving full play to their important role in building a harmonious enterprise is self-evident.
