建设部村镇建设司曾于1989年12月8日至14日在嘉定召开“全国村镇建设工作座谈会及试点集镇规划评议会,对12个省、市、自治区的35个试点集镇规划方案进行了评议。评议结果,有5个方案获优秀奖,11个方案获佳作奖,6个方案获单项奖。本刊将对评议情况和获优秀奖的河北省大蒲河镇、四川省龙潭坝镇、云南省官渡镇三个方案陆续予以报道,以飨读者。
The Ministry of Construction, Village and Town Development Department held the “National Village Construction Work Conference and the Pilot Town Planning Council” from 8 to 14 December 1989 in Jiading, and conducted a plan for 35 pilot towns in 12 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. As for the evaluation results, there are 5 programs that have won the Excellence Award, 11 programs have been awarded with the BEST Award, and 6 programs have won the individual award.The Journal will evaluate the situation of the evaluation and the outstanding awards in Dapuhe Town of Hebei Province and Longtanba Town of Sichuan Province, The three programs in Guandu Town, Yunnan Province have been reported one after another for readers.
