党的十八大报告明确提出,以改革创新精神全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程、全面提高党的建设科学化水平的新任务新要求。要创新活动方式,充分发挥基层党组织推动发展、服务群众、凝聚人心、促进和谐的作用。这段论述对开展好党的基层组织活动提出了新的更高的要求。要落实好这一精神,就必需牢固树立创新精神,积极探索,大胆实践,不断丰富载体,通过党建工作示范点的创建,创新活动方式,增强基层党组织的凝聚力和向心力,努力推进党建管理提升活动。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party made it clear that the new mission and new requirements for promoting the party’s construction in a scientific manner by comprehensively pushing forward the great undertaking of party building in the spirit of reform and innovation should be clearly stated. We must innovate ways of activities and give full play to the role of grass-roots Party organizations in promoting development, serving the masses, building the public and promoting harmony. This statement sets new and higher requirements for carrying out the activities of the grassroots organizations well organized by the party. To implement this spirit, we must firmly establish the spirit of innovation, actively explore, boldly practice and continuously enrich the carrier. Through building and demonstrating the party building model, we should enhance the cohesion and solidarity of grass-roots party organizations and strive to promote the improvement of party building management activity.
