目的：观察改良牙胶尖和丁碘糊作为根管充填材料的效果。方法：将牙胶尖在很尖部截除1－2mm加丁碘糊充填离体牙根管并进行临床观察。结果：离体牙根管三维空间充填严密，临床观察其满意率为965％。结论：本法所采用的材料是比较理想的根管封闭剂。
Objective: To observe the effect of modified gutta percha and iodine paste as root canal filling material. Methods: The gutta percha pointed at the tip of the amputated 1-2mm plus iodine paste filled root canal incision and clinical observation. Results: The three-dimensional space filled with root canal was tight. The satisfaction rate was 965% in clinical observation. Conclusion: The material used in this method is an ideal root canal sealant.
