目的 :对 31例患者模拟定位机引导下经皮肺穿刺术的临床应用进行评估。方法 :模拟定位机引导定位下用DLTRA-CUT活检针进行穿刺活检。结果 :31例均穿刺成功 ,获得组织学资料 ,病理组织学检查符合率为 87 1% (2 7/31)。并发症 3例 (9 7% ) ,其中气胸 2例 ,血痰 1例。结论 :模拟定位机引导下经皮肺穿刺术为肺内占位灶明确诊断提供了一种安全、有效的检查手段 ,减少了开胸探查手术
Objective : To evaluate the clinical application of percutaneous lung puncture guided by simulated positioning machine in 31 patients. Methods: The DLTRA-CUT biopsy needle was used for needle biopsy under the guidance of the positioning machine. Results: All 31 cases were successfully punctured and histological data were obtained. The coincidence rate of histopathological examination was 87 1% (2 7/31). Complications occurred in 3 cases (97%), including 2 cases of pneumothorax and 1 case of blood stasis. Conclusion : Percutaneous lung puncture guided by simulated positioning machine provided a safe and effective examination method for the diagnosis of lung occupying lesions, reducing the number of open chest exploration operations.
