目的:探讨对新进入血液透析患者实行规范性健康教育,对患者后期急诊透析的影响。方法:收集2015年7月至2016年7月于中山市中医院血液净化中心新增加的需要规律透析患者146例,平均分为对照组和观察组,对两组新透析患者都施行常规健康教育,对观察组新透析患者在施行常规健康教育的基础上,实行规范性健康教育模式。结果:对照组急诊透析的发生率为1.14%,急诊相关知识掌握度(76±16)分;观察组急诊透析的发生率为0.30%,急诊相关知识掌握度(97±3)分。结论:对新进入规范性透析患者施行规范性健康教育模式,可有效降低后续急诊透析的发生率。
Objective: To explore the effect of implementing normative health education on new hemodialysis patients during the later emergency dialysis. Methods: A total of 146 dialysis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group from July 2015 to July 2016 in Zhongshan Blood Purification Center of Chinese Medicine Hospital, and routine health education was performed on both groups of new dialysis patients , The new dialysis patients in the observation group on the basis of the implementation of conventional health education, the implementation of normative health education model. Results: The incidence of emergency dialysis in the control group was 1.14% and the emergency related knowledge was 76 ± 16. The emergency dialysis was 0.30% in the observation group and 97 ± 3 in the emergency department. Conclusions: The standardized health education mode for new patients who receive regular dialysis can effectively reduce the incidence of follow-up emergency dialysis.
