松科二井是我国目前正在实施的最深科学钻探直井,设计井深6 400 m。计划在2 865~6 400m(共计3 735 m)井段连续取心钻进,岩心采取率目标在95%以上。基于上述要求,设计了该井配套的四开(5 800 m)、五开(6 400 m)绳索取心大容量绞车电液控制及辅助监测系统,电液控制系统包括马达供油回路和控制供油回路,利用电液比例控制技术,实现绞车提放速度的平稳自动控制。同时在绞车辅助监测系统中设有深度检测校正装置和张力检测装置,用于精确测量孔深和显示打捞器、内管总成在井内工况。作为大容量超深井绳索取心绞车的重要组成单元,绞车电液控制及辅助监测系统的设计,对完成松科二井岩心采取和安全工作有着重要的作用。
Songke Erjing is the deepest scientific drilling vertical well currently under implementation in China, with a designed well depth of 6 400 m. It is planned to continue coring drilling at a depth of 2 865 ~ 6 400 m (3 735 m in total), with a target of more than 95% of core recovery. Based on the above requirements, the electro-hydraulic control and auxiliary monitoring system of four-open (5 800 m) and five-open (6 400 m) ropes coring large volume winches were designed. The electro-hydraulic control system includes motor oil supply circuit and control Oil supply circuit, the use of electro-hydraulic proportional control technology to achieve smooth winch speed lifting automatic control. At the same time in the winch auxiliary monitoring system with depth detection and correction device and tension detection device for accurate measurement of hole depth and display the salvage, the inner tube assembly in the well conditions. As an important component unit of large-capacity ultra-deep well cable winch, the design of the winch electro-hydraulic control and auxiliary monitoring system plays an important role in the completion and safety work of Songke Second Core.
