紫花苜蓿不同部位经一定处理及显色后于545nm处有最大吸收,利用这一特性,以比色法测定了紫花苜蓿不同部位总皂甙含量,回收率97.1%,RSD=0.012(n=5),符合质控要求。
Different parts of alfalfa had maximum absorption at 545 nm after a certain treatment and color development. Using this property, the total saponin content in different parts of alfalfa was determined by colorimetric method, with a recovery rate of 97.1% and RSD=0.012 ( n = 5), in line with quality control requirements.
