异位节育环虽不多见,但有时却会造成比较严重的后果,应引起计划生育工作者的重视。我院自1963年7月至1977年7月,14年中因金属节育环异位而收治者共18例,全部病人均取出节育环痊愈出院。兹简要分析如下:本组18例,平均年龄32岁,最小者25岁,最大者41岁。平均产次3.5次,最小为1产,最多为9产。14例系哺乳期放置节育环,2例系人工流产后,记录不详者2例。放置节育环的时限,最短者3个月,最长者5年。全组均
Ectopic birth control ring, although rare, but sometimes it will cause more serious consequences, should arouse the attention of family planning workers. Our hospital from July 1963 to July 1977, 14 years because of metal contraceptive ectopic and a total of 18 cases were admitted, all patients were removed from the birth control ring cured. Here is a brief analysis as follows: The group of 18 patients, the average age of 32 years, the youngest 25 years old, the largest 41 years old. The average yield of 3.5 times, a minimum of 1 production, up to 9 production. Fourteen cases were nursing laparotomy placement, 2 cases were abortion, the record is unknown in 2 cases.
