精原干细胞是雄性生殖干细胞,它的自我增殖能力为男性生殖细胞永久产生所必需。随着体外培养、冷冻保存、卵细胞胞质内单精子注射(ICSI)技术的发展,精原干细胞移植技术在医学基础研究和临床应用方面越来越显示出重要的应用前景。本文对精原干细胞的起源、分化、移植现状和移植技术在医学领域的应用前景进行综述。
Spermatogonial stem cells are male germ stem cells whose self-proliferative capacity is essential for the permanent production of male germ cells. With the development of in vitro culture, cryopreservation and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), spermatogonial stem cell transplantation technology has shown more and more important applications in medical basic research and clinical application. This review summarizes the origin, differentiation and transplantation status of spermatogonial stem cells and the application prospect of transplantation in medical field.
