针对挖掘机在防汛抢险中对大块物料夹持能力不足的问题,在不改变原有挖掘机液压系统、操作方式,不影响挖掘机正常作业功能的前提下,利用参数法设计了挖掘机防汛辅助夹持装置,在Solid works软件中建立其三维模型并运用Mathematics和Solid Works motion软件进行了运动仿真计算,分析该装置运行时的干涉问题,及其角度、角速度、角加速度和传动角的变化情况,分析结果表明,该机构能够实现预期的辅助夹持作用,可为防汛抢险施工提供高效运行保障。
