基于稀盐酸介质中氯酸钾氧化考马斯亮蓝G的反应,提出了测定痕量亚硝酸根的新催化光度法.方法检出限为2.4×10~(-8)g/mL,线性范围为0.08~0.48μg/mL,用于唾液和硝酸钾中亚硝酸根测定.
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite was proposed based on the reaction of potassium chlorate in dilute hydrochloric acid to oxidize Coomassie Brilliant Blue G. The detection limit was 2.4 × 10 ~ (-8) g / mL and the linear range was 0.08 ~ 0.48 μg / mL for the determination of nitrite in saliva and potassium nitrate.
