近些年来临床上应用酚妥拉明治疗充血性心力衰竭(下称心衰)日渐增多,疗效颇佳,副作用较少。但我院最近却碰到2例在应用该药时诱发了短串性室速的患者,现报告如下:【例1】患者,男,63岁。患“风湿性心脏病、房颤”十余年。
