Castleman氏病在儿童中罕见,病因未明,根据病理改变可分为三型:①血管透明型。②浆细胞型。③中间型。临床表现各有特点。本文报道2例儿童Castleman氏病,并着重讨论了临床表现和诊断治疗,以加强对该症的认识。
Castleman’s disease is rare in children, the etiology is unknown, according to pathological changes can be divided into three types: ① vascular transparent type. ② plasma cell type. ③ intermediate type. Clinical manifestations have their own characteristics. This article reports two cases of Castleman’s disease in children, and focuses on the clinical presentation and diagnosis and treatment to enhance awareness of the disease.
