目的了解目前普通旅客列车厕所门内、外手柄的污染状况。方法对普通旅客列车厕所门手柄污染状况进行细菌采样。结果旅客列车厕所门手柄细菌总数均值为10081 cfu/50 cm2,真菌的检出率为8.9%。结论普通旅客列车厕所门手柄污染状况严重,应采取多种方式进行消毒和管理,以减轻污染状况。
Objective To understand the pollution status of the handle inside and outside the ordinary passenger train toilets. Methods Bacteria sampling was carried out on the pollution of toilet door handle of common passenger train. Results The average number of bacteria in the door handles of passenger trains was 10081 cfu / 50 cm2, and the detection rate of fungi was 8.9%. Conclusion Ordinary passenger trains toilet door handle pollution is serious, should be taken a variety of ways for disinfection and management to reduce pollution.
