原发性肝癌为我国常见消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,发生于婴幼儿极为罕见。我们在临床实践中见到1例,症状、体征典型,诊断明确,报告如下。患儿,女,3岁,因腹痛、腹胀2个月,加重半月于1995年5月12日就诊。患儿于2月前无明显诱因始诉腹痛,腹部饱胀,且呈渐进性加重,近半月来,胀痛明显,不思饮食,倦言少动,睡眠差,体重痉轻3kg,既往体健,家族中未发现同类患者。查体:T36.9℃,P92次/min,
