目的:为了提高医疗器械清洗后的清洗质量,降低锈蚀率,延长器械的使用寿命,确保灭菌效果。方法:将实验样品随机分组,采用卡方检验分析组间差异。结果:实验组器械清洗合格率高于对照组(92.3%<97.3%)、锈蚀率、耗损率低于对照组(6.98%>2.92%)(0.11%>0.05%)。结论:对器械进行日常保养能有效地提高手术器械的清洗质量,减少锈渍的发生,延长器械的使用寿命。
Objective: In order to improve the quality of cleaning after medical device cleaning, reduce the corrosion rate, extend the service life of the device and ensure the sterilization effect. Methods: The experimental samples were randomly divided into groups, using chi-square test analysis of differences between groups. Results: The rate of mechanical cleaning in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (92.3% <97.3%), and the corrosion rate and wear rate were lower than those in the control group (6.98%> 2.92%) (0.11%> 0.05%). Conclusion: The routine maintenance of instruments can effectively improve the cleaning quality of surgical instruments, reduce the occurrence of rust stains and prolong the service life of the instruments.
