社会快速发展,各行业对人才的应用要求越来越高,因此,现阶段,人才培养过程中更应该注重学生未来就业能力问题。以就业为导向的人才培养模式是教育改革后高校所重视的人才培养模式理念,旅游英语专业人才培养方面对该教学理念更是看重,为了更好地提高英语专业人才培养,适应现阶段旅游行业发展以及该行业人才选用要求,本文针对以就业为导向的旅游英语人才培养模式进行探析,为找到科学、合理、有效的教学模式而进行研究。
