充分利用老企业现有的厂房、场地、设备、技术等资产存量,与国外资本、技术、管理进行嫁接,兴办嫁接型合资企业,对老企业加速机制转换,优化产品结构,提高经济效益,具有十分重要的意义。在当前,尤其能够较好地解决老企业大发展的资金需求与资金供应不足的矛盾,促进工业经济的全面增长。为了加快发展嫁接型合资企业,笔者认为,有几个问题值得认真思考。
