高等职业教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,越来越受到国家和社会各界的重视。目前,高等职业教育已从量的扩张转为了质的建设,而课程建设与改革是提高人才培养质量的重要手段,也是教学改革的重点和难点。本文以专业校企合作为前提,以培养学生岗位能力为目标,以铁路交通运营管理专业培养方向为实例,紧密围绕专业课程开发,阐释高职课程体系开发中在学生知识、技能、能力等方面所做的研究与探索。
As an important part of higher education, higher vocational education is getting more and more attention from the country and the society. At present, higher vocational education has shifted from quantity expansion to quality construction, and curriculum construction and reform are important means to improve the quality of personnel training, and are also the focus and difficulty of teaching reform.
