几年来,通过开展创全优工程活动,我公司的施工管理和工程质量逐年得到了提高。1984年全优率达到了83.43%,被评为长春市创全优工程先进企业。但是,水份较大。一些全优工程是凑上的,在这些工程上,个别装修部分甚至是不合格品,还存在着地面裂纹、钢窗不严、防水漏雨、上下水滴漏、阳台倒呛水等质量通病。今年公司在检查总结去年创全优工程工作的经验教训中,实事求是地制定了1985年度创全优工程规划,将全优率指标降下来,
Over the past few years, through the development of excellent engineering activities, our company’s construction management and project quality have been improved year by year. In 1984, the full-rate rate reached 83.43%, and was rated as Changchun City’s excellent engineering advanced enterprise. However, the water is large. Some excellent projects are put together. In these projects, individual decoration parts are even unqualified products. There are also common defects such as ground cracks, lax steel windows, water leakage, up and down water leakage, and balcony collapse. This year, in reviewing and summarizing the experiences and lessons learned in creating excellent engineering work last year, the company has established a 1985 plan to create a full-fledged project, which will lower the overall rate of excellence.
