在人们想象中,像春节这一类的长假应该是一年中最为快乐和休闲的时光,但事实上仍然有一部分人在假日里会感到忧郁、沮丧和孤独,甚至在假期结束之后的一段时间内仍为这类不良情绪所困扰。人们把假日所带来的这种消极情绪称为“假日忧郁综合征”。造成假日忧郁的因素有很多,日常工作、生活中的压力和疲劳,不切实际的期望,社交活动过多,无法和最亲的人团聚等,都是其中的因素。总体说来,这些原因可以分为三类,如果你经常遭遇或现在正处于假日带给你的消极情绪当中,不妨从以下三个方面进行调整,相信它们不仅能帮你走出目前的情绪低谷,而且还能让你在下一次假日来临之前就能早早地预防。
