以钼酸铵、硝酸铋为原料,采用柠檬酸络合溶胶-凝胶法制备钼酸铋,研究了不同煅烧温度对钼酸铋催化性能的影响。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)以及紫外-可见漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)对制备的钼酸铋样品进行结构、形貌、化学价态、光吸收性能表征。结果表明:400℃煅烧时,样品中有Bi_2O_3杂质相,当温度高于450℃时,制备的样品为纯钼酸铋;且随着煅烧温度升高,样品结晶度增强,晶体粒径逐渐增大。当煅烧温度为450℃时,制备的钼酸铋样品光催化效果最好,光照50 min,当催化剂用量0.05 g时,对RhB溶液的降解率可达75.55%。
Bismuth molybdate was prepared by citric acid complex sol-gel method using ammonium molybdate and bismuth nitrate as raw materials. The effects of calcination temperature on the catalytic activity of bismuth molybdate were studied. The prepared bismuth molybdate samples were characterized by SEM, XRD, TEM, XPS and UV-Vis DRS , Morphology, chemical valence, light absorption characterization. The results show that when calcined at 400 ℃, the sample contains Bi_2O_3 impurity phase. When the temperature is higher than 450 ℃, the prepared sample is pure bismuth molybdate. With the increase of calcination temperature, the crystallinity of the sample increases and the crystal size gradually increases Big. When the calcination temperature is 450 ℃, the prepared bismuth molybdate sample has the best photocatalytic activity for 50 min. When the catalyst dosage is 0.05 g, the degradation rate of RhB solution can reach 75.55%.
