改良Cecil法尿道成形术(附32例报告)

对32例尿道下裂行阴茎下曲矫正及阴囊皮管尿道成形在第一次手术中完成。暂时不从阴囊上游离成形的尿道，而用阴茎覆盖其上，手术3个月后将覆盖在阴囊上的阴茎连同尿道一起游离，使阴茎恢复正常状态。成功率达96．9％，第一次手术后发生尿瘘1例，发生率为3．1％，于第二次手术同时修补成功。全部病例随访4～68个月，无其他并发症。

32 cases of hypospadias correction of penile curvature and scrotal skin urethra in the first surgery completed. Temporarily not forming the urethra free from the scrotum, but covered with penis on it, 3 months after the operation will be covered in the scrotum penis together with the urethra free, so that the penis back to normal. The success rate of 96.9%, the first postoperative urinary fistula occurred in 1 case, the incidence was 3.1%, the same time in the second successful repair. All cases were followed up for 4 to 68 months without other complications.
