小梁切除术是抬疗青光眼的主要方法,该术式常因浅层巩膜和周围组织瘢痕形成而致手术失败。因此,近年人们在术中局部应用丝裂霉素(Mitomycin C,MMC),以便影响DNA的复制及破坏DNA,抑制细胞分裂而有效地抑制结膜下成纤维细胞增生,促进功能性滤过泡形成,从而提高手术成功率。我们对76例(84只眼)因原发性闭角型青光眼行小梁切除术患者的角膜内皮进行显微镜检查,动态观察MMC对角膜内皮细胞的影响,报告如下。
