就读中职学校的学生绝大部分是初中毕业没有考上高中的学生,文化基础较差,行为习惯有偏差,当今社会对其存在一些偏见甚至有轻视的现象,给中职学校的学生带来了心理上的阴影,导致中职学校的德育教育难度大、任务重。总结了一些在工作中经历和积累的经验和体会,以期能为中职学校德育教育工作提供一些有益的参考。
