本文运用文献资料法和实验对比法对跨栏跑技术教学进行分析得出,速度力量与跨栏跑技术教学紧密结合进行练习,不仅有效的促进学生对跨栏跑技术的掌握,而且提高了跨栏跑的教学质量。
This article analyzes the teaching of hurdle race technique by the method of literature and experiment, and concludes that the combination of speed power and hurdle technique teaching can not only effectively promote students’ mastery of hurdle technique, but also improve the teaching of hurdle race quality.
