In recent years, the annual output of fresh edible mushrooms in our country has reached 4 million tons, ranking first in the world. The output of canned edible mushrooms and dried products in the country reaches 300,000 tons each year, bringing the foreign exchange earning nearly 5 billion U.S. dollars. At present, the consumption of edible mushrooms has been increasing year by year. The annual output value of edible mushrooms in 24 counties nationwide has exceeded 100 million yuan.
