目的:通过对凋亡抑制因子Livin在结肠癌组织表达情况的测定,探讨其与结肠癌各临床因素之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测Livin在100例结肠癌、30例腺瘤、30例癌旁组织、15例正常结肠组织和60例癌旁淋巴结中的表达情况。结果:Livin在结肠癌组织、腺瘤、癌旁组织、正常结肠组织中表达率分别为60%、53.5%、16.7%,存在明显差异。Livin在结肠癌组织分化、临床Duckes分期、淋巴结及远隔脏器转移组与未转移组的表达阳性率未见明显差异。Livin在癌旁淋巴结阴性组与阳性组中的表达分别为14.14%,73.3%,有明显统计学差异。结论:Livin在结肠癌的发生发展中起重要作用。Livin的表达与结肠癌患者的预后无明显相关性。Livin可能成为检测淋巴结有无转移的标志物。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the expression of Livin in colon cancer tissues and to explore its relationship with clinical factors of colon cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Livin in 100 cases of colon cancer, 30 cases of adenoma, 30 cases of paracancerous tissues, 15 cases of normal colon tissues and 60 cases of adjacent noncancerous lymph nodes. Results: The expression rates of Livin in colon cancer tissues, adenomas, paracancerous tissues and normal colon tissues were 60%, 53.5% and 16.7%, respectively. There was a significant difference. Livin expression in colon cancer tissue, clinical Duckes stage, lymph node and distant organ metastasis group and non-metastasis group positive expression rate no significant difference. The expression of Livin in the adjacent non-cancerous lymph node group and positive group was 14.14% and 73.3%, respectively, with statistical significance. Conclusion: Livin plays an important role in the development of colon cancer. There was no significant correlation between the expression of Livin and the prognosis of patients with colon cancer. Livin may be a marker of lymph node metastasis.
