随着房地产业的不断发展,住宅工程建设在规模上不断突破,但是工程质量上却有待同步提高。通过分析建设行政主管部门在建设和监管过程中遇到的无可避免的各种问题,提出了相应的住宅工程质量监管和责任追究机制,将会使住宅工程质量得到一定的改进和保障。
With the continuous development of the real estate industry, residential construction continues to make breakthroughs in scale, but the quality of the construction needs to be improved simultaneously. By analyzing the inevitable problems encountered by the construction administrative departments in the process of construction and supervision, the paper puts forward the corresponding supervision mechanism and accountability mechanism of residential projects, which will improve and protect the quality of residential projects.
