目前,我国的大气污染造成的经济失已近二百亿元,加强环境保护已成为当务之急,除尘器就是为了防止大气污染的一种设备,它广泛应用于工业锅炉和工业窑炉中,如何根据各单位的实际使用条件和除尘要求,正确评价和选择优良性能的除尘器已成为节能和环保中一个很重要的问题。以前,对除尘器各种性能的评价只有少数是定量的单项评价,而大多数是定性的评价。由于影响除尘器性能的因素很多,对各种除尘器无法进行综合评判。本文试图采用模糊数学综合评判的方法,对除尘器性能进行综合评判,以便进行除尘器的优化选择。同时该方法也可用于除尘器的优良产品的评选。
At present, China’s economic pollution caused by atmospheric pollution is nearly 20 billion yuan. Strengthening environmental protection has become an urgent task. The dust collector is a device for preventing air pollution. It is widely used in industrial boilers and industrial furnaces. The actual use conditions and dust removal requirements of various units, correct evaluation and selection of dust collectors with excellent performance have become an important issue in energy conservation and environmental protection. In the past, only a few of the evaluations of various performances of dust collectors were quantitative single evaluations, and most of them were qualitative evaluations. Because there are many factors that affect the performance of the dust collector, comprehensive evaluation cannot be performed for various dust removers. This paper attempts to adopt a comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the precipitator in order to optimize the precipitator. At the same time, this method can also be used for the selection of excellent products for dust collectors.
