合肥滨湖会展中心登录大厅为新型的大跨度拱形管桁刚架空间网格钢结构,主拱桁架柱脚通过抗震支座与下部基础连接,主拱桁架梁与预应力混凝土基础梁构成自平衡受力体系。采用MIDAS软件对登录大厅钢结构施工全过程进行了仿真模拟,确定了分段吊装和高空散装相结合的综合施工方法。总结了主拱桁架柱、主拱桁架梁的安装技术,研究了拱桁架预应力基础梁张拉控制方法,并对承重支架卸载过程中结构关键构件应力的实测值与计算值进行了比较,该施工技术可为我国类似工程的设计和施工提供参考。
