随着急救医学的发展,急诊科在医院中所处的地位已显得非常重要。急诊科的医护服务质量、管理水平是医院综合实力的体现。急诊科医护人员处在抢救工作的第一线,各种危重病人多,抢救必须争分夺秒,工作十分繁重。这要求医护人员不仅要有熟练、全面的专业技术、还要有崇高的敬业精神。笔者在急诊科已工作了十多年,现就急诊科对护理工作者的素质要求,简略谈谈个人的一些体会,与各位共勉。
With the development of emergency medicine, the status of the emergency department in the hospital has become very important. The quality of care and management of the emergency department is a manifestation of the comprehensive strength of the hospital. The emergency department nurses are on the front line of the rescue work. There are many kinds of critically ill patients. The rescue must compete for the second and the work is very heavy. This requires medical personnel not only to have skilled and comprehensive professional skills, but also to have lofty professionalism. The author has been working in the emergency department for more than 10 years. Now he is talking about the quality requirements of nurses in the emergency department. He simply talks about some personal experiences and shares his opinions with you.
